My technician, Chris, was excellent and explained all of my replacement options. The installation was quick and clean. Extremely courteous and detailed in both their customer service and their excellent manners around the house. We needed to replace both toilet and faucet valves. We called their main number on a Saturday, and within two hours, James was at our door. He took his time explaining the job, the cost, and answered all of our many questions. He cleaned up everything after he completed the work, explained the yearly membership (which we signed up for), and they sent us a detailed invoice with pictures of the work done. Excellent and highly recommended.
I had an issue with my boiler and called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning. Chris Seppe, the plumber, was excellent—he quickly diagnosed the problem and got everything rolling. George, the owner/manager, personally delivered the replacement part in less than an hour. By midday, the repair was complete, and I had heat and hot water again. Both Chris and George were incredibly responsive, helpful, and professional. I messed up my tub drain trying to fix it myself. I called at 5 a.m. feeling distraught, and they made me an appointment between 8 and 12. Jim showed up around 8:30. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent through every step. He completed the full repair in under four hours, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. It looks great, he left no mess, and most importantly, everything works perfectly. 10/10.
